WELCOME TO LUCINDA'S DAY SPA ONLINE BOOKING

By registering and using this online booking feature you understand and agree with our 24 hour (72 hour for groups) cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice or you may be charged a full service fee.
Once registered you can book AND unbook your appointments. The online booking feature is available 24/7.

The program will periodically be down for normal work such as server updates, server reboots, etc. If you are unable to access the program for more than 1 hour be sure to email me at btgettis@maine.rr.com . Be sure I can identify your name, email and which location (Scarborough, Cumberland Foreside or both). This is typically the only way that I will know there is a problem.

When you log onto the site for the first time you must 'register'. This requires your email, a PIN and the creation of your password. At this time you will obtain your PIN by emailing me at btgettis@maine.rr.com . Separate registrations are required for Cumberland Foreside and Scarborough. The same password can be used for both. Your PIN is no longer needed after registering.

The online appointments consists of our more popular services. There are many services that are not available on line at this time. The date format must be 00/00/0000. To avoid 'typos' I find it easier to use the calender to select my dates. You will be offered up to three appointment times for each request. Technicians that perform the requested service will show in the 'pull down' menu even if they are not available. This can be due to being booked in the time window that your looking for, on vacation, etc. You can also select 'Any Technician' if you don't have a particular request. You should print the appointment information from the site and also an email will be sent to you.

Be sure that YOUR name appears on the appointment information.
