Spa Etiquette

Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed a full-length service, however, a full service charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy
All Spa appointments must be reserved with a credit card. If you cancel, please give us 24 hours notice; spa packages and group bookings require 72 hours notice. A no show will result in a full charge of your services.

Gift Certificates / Cards
Lucinda's Day Spa gift certificates can be purchased and printed 24 hours a day. Click here for more information. Gift cards can be purchased and used in either salon for services or retail.

Gift Certificates/Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and MUST be presented at time of service/redeemption.

Returns
Returns or exchanges can be made for salon credit within 30 days of purchase. No cash refunds.

Lucinda's Day Spa would like to offer a relaxing, stress-free environment, so we ask that all cell phones & pagers be turned off before entering the salon.
